  1. Connor this is very impressive use of adjectives in description. As I read this I feel as though I am in the middle of the storm and I can actually see and hear the tree struggling to survive. You do a great job of expressing the age and condition of the tree without using those common adjectives that are often given when describing trees. Well done! I love the alliteration and onomatopoeia in the first sentence!
